Delivery costs and conditions:

Delivery costs are €8 per bouquet to Ireland (ROI), and €11.50 per bouquet to UK and NI addresses.

Delivery charges may be reduced for large orders for delivery to a single location. We will discuss these charges at the time you place your order.

Deliveries to Ireland (ROI) are ordinarily next weekday, provided the order is received before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday. For example, orders received by 12 noon on a Wednesday will ordinarily be delivered anywhere in Ireland (ROI) on Thursday. However, orders received after last post on Friday afternoon will not normally be delivered until the following Tuesday. 

(Exception: Deliveries to County Sligo may take place same day provided the order is received by 2pm Monday to Friday. Please contact our Call Centre on +353 (0)1 906 0045 for same day delivery costs and options. We generally do not deliver on weekends, unless prior arrangements are made with our Call Centre)

Delivery to the UK/NI is subject to location, however is usually 2-3 business days. Lollypotz guarantees despatch on weekdays provided the order is received by 12.00 noon Monday to Friday.

For orders weighing over 25kgs, additional freight may be charged. 

During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, we recommend all orders should be placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address, if we cannot gain access to the address provided or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when the courier attempts delivery. While our couriers ordinarily will leave a calling card if no one is there to accept delivery, Lollypotz Ireland will not be responsible for any damage (or loss) to a gift that has been left unattended. We recommend you provide us with alternative delivery information (such as "leave with the neighbour") to prevent any incidents occurring.

 

Damage in Transit

Unfortunately, once our gifts leave our premises we have little control of them. In the rare event that a gift gets damaged whilst in transit, please contact us ASAP so we can investigate and arrange for replacement delivery. Any damages must be reported by the next day.

Product Appearance 

Each and every gift bouquet is handcrafted and may not be exactly as the photo shows. However, we make every effort to deliver a consistent product. The amount of chocolates used and value of the arrangement will remain the same. If we need to alter the container for any reason we will replace it with another item of similar appearance of equal or greater value.

We have also made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product text descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur.

Changes to Your order

Changes to an order that has already been placed will depend on what stage you order is at. Please contact us ASAP to discuss your changes and we will be able to advice you if it is at all possible, we will in any case try our best.

Allergy Information and Dietary Requirements

Please check each individual product description for details of allergens contained in the chocolates or sweets used.

We have had requests to make our Chocolate Bouquets to suit dietary requirements.  We are happy to fulfill these requests, just call us and we can discuss any changes.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us please get in contact with us and we will arrange a replacement on return of the bouquet.
